  • SALES PERSON / RECEPTIONIST

The sales receptionist position is an entry level position in the Sales Department. The Sales Department processes sales orders to ensure that the appropriate tasks to fulfill the orders are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The Sales receptionist interface with clients throughout the fulfillment process to coordinate gathering both information and forms to complete the set-up process. The Sales receptionist provides information about the Company's products and services to clients and set the right expectations with that member. This is a part time position that will be converted to a full time position after the required probationary period. You will report directly to the CEO or Vice President.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support and problem solving for our customers

  • Responds to incoming calls to introduce clients to the company, products and services

  • Informs and provides clients with details of what tasks are needed to fulfill their purchase

  • Postage and pickup of shipments

  • Finance and purchasing support as needed

  • Processing incoming faxes

  • Performs other related duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Analytical skills (able to set schedules for work to be done)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Two years related experience in customer service, technical support, and help desk (in a biotech company is a plus). (Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, Word and Outlook)

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Quality oriented with time management skills

  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Highly organized

  • Customer service oriented

  • Highly motivated

  • Self starter

This is initially a part time position that will be converted to a full time position for the correct candidate after an evaluation period

  • OFFICE MANAGER ASSISTANT

The office manager assistant will be assisting office management with daily activities as well as coordination with sales and procurement. The employee may occasionally be needed to assist in the sales department

  • Duties and Responsibilities

    • Documenting supplier quotes and related information.

    • Assistance in procurement and inventory management.

    • Creation of product documentation

    • Client communication -help with account set-up, purchase processes, information on company services and products, etc.

    • Pickup / receiving mail and shipments

    • Finance / purchasing support as needed.

    • Process incoming faxes

    • Support with office management and perform other related duties as required

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Basic office skills

    • MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, Word and Outlook)

    • Ability to work well under pressure and take initiative

    • Typing speed of 30wpm or more

The web designer / developer assists in designing and developing the websites and e-mailers for the company. They are also required to perform QA and online marketing collateral functions as needed. This is a part time position that will be converted to a full time position after the required probationary period. You will report directly to the CEO or Vice President

  • Duties and Responsibilities

    • Design and Develop web sites (e-commerce / corporate)

    • Develop and implement new modules, forms, and programs

    • Perform QA / QC functions for the websites

    • Develop and maintain various e-mailers

    • Perform online marketing collateral functions

    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • B.Tech / MSc / MCA Certification in Web Design

    • Knowledge of HTML / DHTML / XML, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, CorelDraw, ASP, .Net, Front Page, Unix, MS-DOS, C, C++, C#, J2SE, J2EE, JavaScript, Perl, Oracle database, Tomcat and MS Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Front Page, Access and Publisher)
