New Account Application Information for First Time Buyers

First time buyers need to complete a new 'Account Application' with ACC Corp. Once the application form is completed, you can either e-mail it to us at customerservice@acccorporation.com (preferred) or fax it to us at 858-451-8607. We will approve your account and get back to you within 24 hrs. Once you are approved you can make purchases from us.

Purchasing

ACC Corp accepts orders placed by e-mail, fax, or mail. To purchase, submit a signed and dated purchase order form ( PO). Orders become legally binding only upon the receipt of written confirmation, or upon receipt of the commodity and associated invoice.
 

U.S Customers

Please provide the following information with your order:

1. Your Name, Telephone, E-mail address and Fax number.

2. Purchase Order Number.

3. Institution Name and Attention line.

4. Shipping Address.

5. Billing Address.

6. Product Catalog Number, Description and Quantity.

7. We invite you to use your own Federal Express Account number for freight cost (if available). Please inform us if you wish to do so.

International Customers (Outside U.S.A)

In addition to the above information, please also provide the following information:

1. VAT number and information, if applicable.

2. For deliveries via freight forwarder: Please provide freight forwarder's contact name, E-mail, and Fax number with your order.

Your orders will be confirmed by fax/email.

Shipping Options

ACC Corp offers customers convenient options in providing express written shipping instructions. Options include UPS, DHL, FedEx, local and worldwide carriers. If no such instructions are received, ACC Corp will determine the optimum means of shipment. Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left ACC Corp's warehouse.

Title and risk of loss to all products passes to the customer upon ACC Corporation's delivery of ordered goods to the freight forwarding agent or mailing service. Customer assumes responsibility for customs duties and taxes as well as a rapid dispatch during customs clearance. ACC Corporation is not liable for damages to goods incurred during custom clearance or due to delays incurred during custom clearance.

Shipping and handling costs will apply and be calculated based on destination, weight of shipment, and packing requirements (ie. Wet ice, dry ice, room temperature).

Terms Of Delivery

Stated dates of delivery and deadlines for services shall only be binding if confirmed in writing by ACC Corp. ACC Corp reserves the right to rescind delivery or delivery deadlines in case of circumstances beyond ACC Corporation's control, including but not limited to, situations and conditions for which customs, the customer, or the supplier of starting material is responsible.
